Byrnes has just six hits in his last 62 at-bats. He is batting .214 on the season with only four stolen bases. Byrnes has been bothered by leg issues during spring training and the first month of the season, according to the Diamondbacks' official site. Byrnes recently said that his legs are feeling better, so he could be a great buy low candidate right now. He won't come close to last year's breakout numbers of 21 homers and 50 SB, but he can still provide a nice blend of power and speed over the next four plus months. |
