Miller, a 2009 first-round supplemental pick, has been moved from the mound to the outfield, the Dodgers' official site reports.

Eddie Butler (P)  COL - A+
Butler has been promoted to High-A Modesto after nine brilliant starts (1.66 ERA 0.92 WHIP in 54.1 IP) with Asheville. He'll start for the Nuts against Lake Elsinore on Saturday.

Travis Ishikawa (1B)  BAL - AAA
Ishikawa left Thursday's game with Triple-A Norfolk with a sprained right thumb, the Baltimore Sun reports.

Carlos Carrasco (P)  CLE - AAA
Carrasco is 2-0 with a 1.36 ERA in 39.2 innings at Triple-A Columbus.

Chris Archer (P)  TB - AAA
Archer pitched six innings and allowed one earned runs on three hits and one walk while striking out six and earning the win for Triple-A Durham on Tuesday.

Zackry Dodson (P)  PIT - A
Dodson picked up his first win since returning from a 50-game suspension on Wednesday, going six innings for High A Bradenton, allowing two runs while striking out five.

Tyler Glasnow (P)  PIT - A
Glasnow struck out 12 in five innings for Low A West Virginia on Thursday, surrendering two runs on two hits.

Carlos Correa (SS)  HOU - A
Correa has a hit in nine of his last 10 games and is hitting .372 over that time for Low-A Quad Cities.

Clint Coulter (C)  MIL - A
Coulter hit his third home run of the year on Wednesday for Low-A Wisconsin.

Byron Buxton (OF)  MIN - A
Buxton is just 7-for-36 over his last 10 games at Low-A Cedar Rapids.

Brandon Nimmo (OF)  NY-N - A
Nimmo, originally sidelined since April 29 with a sore hand, now is dealing with a tweaked lower back that is keeping him out of the lineup, ESPN New York reports.

Vaughn, the reigning Eastern League Player of the Week, could be a September call up, ESPN New York reports.

Jesus Montero (C)  SEA - AAA
Montero will play primarily first base and handle DH duties at Triple-A Tacoma, 710 AM ESPN Seattle reports.

A high-ranking club official told the New York Post's Mike Puma that Wheeler is expected to make two or three more starts at Triple-A Las Vegas before being summoned to the majors.

Rafael Perez (P)  BOS - AAA
Perez signed a minor league contract with the Red Sox on Thursday, Jon Morosi of FOX Sports reports.

Alex Burnett (P)  BAL - AAA
Burnett was designated for assignment by the Orioles on Thursday.

Kelvin Herrera (P)  KC - AAA
The Orioles optioned Herrera to Triple-A Omaha on Thursday.

Angel Sanchez (SS)  CHI-A - AAA
Sanchez (back) was placed on waivers by the White Sox on Thursday, Jon Heyman of CBS Sports reports.

Sean Nolin (P)  TOR - AA
Manager John Gibbons has confirmed that Nolin will start Friday against the Orioles, Sportnet's Shi Davidi reports.

Darin Ruf (OF)  PHI - AAA
Ruf is a candidate to receive a call-up this weekend, the Philadelphia Daily News reports.

Branden Kline (P)  BAL - A
Kline will require surgery on his fractured ankle and will miss at least six-to-eight weeks, MASN Sports reports.

Carlos Zambrano (P)  PHI - AAA
Zambrano allowed one run over four innings and struck out four batters during his second outing at extended spring training Thursday, MLB.com's Todd Zolecki reports.

Jesus Montero (C)  SEA - AAA
Montero was officially demoted to Triple-A Tacoma on Thursday, the Seattle Times reports.

Chien-Ming Wang (P)  NY-A - AAA
Wang is unlikely to get promoted by the Yankees, according to ESPN.com.
